We Micro-Roast top grade (85+) specialty coffee from around the world in Silver Sprizzle aka Silver Spring. We've been dialing in our craft since 2016, loving every step of the journey. We medium and light roast the beans to pull out the distinct flavors associated with each region. Our roasting objective is to highlight the nuances of each bean, so that we can all learn and understand the differences between coffees from around the world. We're all on a quest to find our "perfect cup". We believe this methodology is the way to get there. All of our coffees are ethically sourced, what we term as "Conscientious Coffee". We emphasize working with farms that incorporate environmentally sustainable and socio-economically responsible practices.
